At AIVA Healthcare, our Group Centre Activities are designed to offer NDIS participants the opportunity to engage in structured, meaningful activities in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment. These programs support the development of social, cognitive, emotional, and functional life skills, while also encouraging community participation and peer relationships.
Our group activities are guided by trained and experienced staff, including allied health professionals where required, to ensure the content is developmentally appropriate, clinically informed, and aligned with each participant’s NDIS goals.
Group Centre Activities refer to centre-based supports that allow participants to learn, interact, and participate in planned group sessions. These activities aim to improve daily living skills, build routines, reduce isolation, and foster a sense of connection.
Programs are adapted to suit various age groups, support needs, and developmental levels, and can be short-term or ongoing depending on participant goals
We adopt a person-centred, strengths-based approach in all our group activities. Each participant is supported to:

We’ve tried a few services for Mum over the years, but this is the first time I’ve seen her smile when the support workers arrive. That says everything.
My son has autism and doesn’t trust people easily, but he has found a friend in his support worker in a way I never expected. Now he enjoys his sessions.
Was struggling with my mobility for months, but after just a few sessions with AIVA’s physio team, I started moving better. Honestly didn’t expect such a difference. They actually listen, which is rare these days.
My neck and back’s been feeling way better ever since i started physio sessions at AIVA. I wake up feeling less stiff in the mornings now and I can bend down without wincing
I didn’t really understand NDIS before but AIVA sorted me out. Helped with the paperwork and explained it all. Don’t feel so lost anymore. Highly recommend
Used to have this constant ache in my lower back from standing too long. Now I actually feel normal again, thanks to the physio at AIVA. They’re down-to-earth and really good at what they do.
Didn’t even know what OT was till AIVA sent someone out. They showed me little changes I could make at home and now I’m doin stuff on my own again. Honestly made a big difference, wish I had it earlier.
I have Sclerosis and physio helps me heaps with balance and strength. AIVA’s team are so kind, they really know what they’re doing and always check how I’m feeling. I’d recommend them to anyone.
Used to live in a place that didn’t suit my needs – too many stairs, no space, felt like a prison. AIVA helped me move into SDA housing and it’s made a world of difference. The place is modern, accessible, and quiet. Never thought I’d feel this settled.
