Our Therapeutic Services Include:

Physiotherapy

Clinical assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal, neurological, and developmental conditions to improve mobility, function, and pain management. Services may include manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation planning.Our services are delivered in line with NDIS goals and are focused on improving each participant’s independence, participation, and overall quality of life

Podiatry

Comprehensive foot and lower limb care, including the management of biomechanical issues, skin and nail conditions, orthotic prescription, and diabetic foot assessments to support safe mobility and prevent complications.

Exercise Physiology

Individualised programs designed to improve strength, endurance, and functional movement through clinical exercise interventions. Particularly beneficial for participants managing chronic conditions, injury rehabilitation, or disability-related physical limitations.

Dietetics

Nutrition assessments and tailored dietary advice to support health goals, manage chronic conditions, improve feeding practices, or assist with enteral feeding plans. Dietitians work closely with participants to promote sustainable, health-focused eating habits.

Speech Therapy

Support for individuals with communication difficulties, speech and language delays, swallowing disorders (dysphagia), and social communication needs. Therapy may involve augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems where appropriate.

Occupational Therapy

Functional assessments and interventions to support daily living activities, cognitive development, home modifications, assistive technology recommendations, and skill development for increased independence and community participation.

Psychology

Evidence-based therapeutic interventions for mental health conditions, behavioural challenges, emotional regulation, and cognitive assessments. Our psychologists work collaboratively to support emotional wellbeing and behavioural goals.

Psychiatry

Medical assessment, diagnosis, and ongoing management of complex mental health conditions. Psychiatric services include medication management, clinical monitoring, and collaboration with other health professionals for integrated care.

Counselling

Supportive and therapeutic counselling for individuals facing emotional, psychological, or life adjustment challenges. Counselling services are tailored to the unique experiences and goals of each participant and can be provided individually or with family involvement.

Assessment and Treatment Planning

Each participant begins with a comprehensive clinical assessment, during which our clinicians identify strengths, challenges, and goals. Based on these findings, an individualised treatment plan is developed in collaboration with the participant, their family, and support team. Regular reviews ensure the plan evolves alongside the participant’s progress and needs.
